You must be 18 years of age or older and
Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 27
or more to qualify for prescription diet medication.
If you have serious medical conditions you will need a medical release from your personal physician to participate in our diet program. If you take medication for ADD, Depression, or Bipolar conditions you may not be a candidate to take prescription diet medications.
Initial visit for prescription medication and to plan you diet/exercise plan: $100
Monthly follow up visits to monitor your progress and continue medication: $50
RESTARTS (6months or more since last visit): $75
Optional purchases of structured workbooks, pedometers and calorie references available.
Free gym membership for paid Option Diet Clinic members. Workout partners only $20/month.
